Requests about your data
- Pick the subject Privacy and my data. Use it to access, correct, export or delete your data, withdraw consent, object to processing or ask anything about it.
- We reply within 15 days, to the e-mail you give us. If we need to confirm the account is yours, we'll ask in the reply.
- Much of this is already in the app, no waiting: under Settings > Account you can see and correct your data; under Settings > Privacy you can export your data, withdraw consent, clear the AI history and delete your account.
- If you feel we haven't solved it, you can file a petition with Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD).
